【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesameansofmeasuringthecleavageforcesandenergiesrequiredtofailadhesivelybondedreinforcedflatbondedspecimens.Italsooffersasemi-quantitativeobservationoffailuremode.Thistestmethodhasfoundapplicationinscreeningstructuraladhesivesforbondingreinforcedplasticswheresimplelapsheartestinghasproventobeinadequateindistinguishingdifferencesbetweenadhesives.Itisimportanttonotethatthetestmethodmeasuresperformancepropertiesofthetotalbondedsystem(forexample,reinforcedplasticandadhesive)butwillnotyieldfundamentalpropertiesoftheadhesivealone.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoffracturestrengthincleavageofadhesivebondswhentestedonstandardreinforcedplasticspecimensandunderspecifiedconditionsofpreparationandtesting(Note1).Note18212;Whilethistestmethodisintendedforuseinreinforcedplasticapplications,itmaybeusedformeasuringfracturepropertiesofadhesivesusingotherplasticadherends,providedconsiderationisgiventothethicknessandshouldbeofequalrigiditytotheplasticadherends.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
