【摘要】:Thisguideisintendedtoprovideguidanceforanassessortoevaluatemeasurementpracticesoflaboratories,theprotocolforstatisticallyanalyzingtheresultingdatafromthesepractices,andthestatisticalresultsfromthesepractices.Thisguideisgenericinthesensethatitcoverstheentirerangeofin-housequalitymeasurementpracticesfoundinatestinglaboratory,buttheresultsofthedescribedevaluationmaybeusedbyaccreditingagenciesiftheirrequirementscanbesatisfiedthroughthelaboratory''sexistingqualitydata.Itisnottheintentofthisguidetoserveassolecriterionforevaluatingandaccreditinglaboratories.Itisnotintendedtocovertheimportantgenericguidelinesforevaluatingthelaboratory''squalityprogram,whicharecontainedinISO/IEC17025andotherequivalentstandards.1.1Thisguidecoverskeyelementsofanevaluationofalaboratory''smeasurementpracticesandthestatisticalanalysisoftheresultingdata.Thisguideaddressesanevaluationthatcoversabroadrangeofin-housequalitymeasurements,someofwhichmaybedirectlyrelatedtoaccreditationrequirements.1.2Thisguidedescribesthedocumentationneededtoverifytheoperationofthepractices,andwhatpartsofthedata,totestandinterprettoverifythequalityofdatabeinggeneratedbythelaboratory.1.3Thisguidedoesnotspecifyorprovideguidancefortheestablishmentorassessmentofaqualityprogram.
