【摘要】:Thelimitationsoftheresultsobtainedfromthesepracticesshouldberecognized.Thechoiceoftypesandconcentrationsofreagents,durationofimmersionorstress,orboth,temperatureofthetest,andpropertiestobereportedisnecessarilyarbitrary.Thespecificationoftheseconditionsprovidesabasisforstandardizationandservesasaguidetoinvestigatorswishingtocomparetherelativeresistanceofvariousplasticstotypicalchemicalreagents.Correlationoftestresultswiththeactualperformanceorserviceabilityofplasticsisnecessarilydependentuponthesimilaritybetweenthetestingandtheend-useconditions.Forapplicationsinvolvingcontinuousimmersion,thedataobtainedinshort-timetestsareofinterestonlyineliminatingthemostunsuitablematerialsorindicatingaprobablerelativeorderofresistancetochemicalreagents.Evaluationofplasticsforspecialapplicationsinvolvingcorrosiveconditionsshouldbebasedupontheparticularreagentsandconcentrationstobeencountered.Theselectionoftestconditionsshouldtakeintoaccountthemanneranddurationofcontactwithreagents,thetemperatureofthesystem,appliedstress,andotherperformancefactorsinvolvedintheparticularapplication.1.1Thesepracticescovertheevaluationofallplasticmaterialsincludingcast,hot-molded,cold-molded,laminatedresinousproducts,andsheetmaterialsforresistancetochemicalreagents.Thesepracticesincludeprovisionsforreportingchangesinweight,dimensions,appearance,andstrengthproperties.Standardreagentsarespecifiedtoestablishresultsonacomparablebasis.Provisionsaremadeforvariousexposuretimes,stressconditions,andexposuretoreagentsatelevatedtemperatures.Thetypeofconditioning(immersionorwetpatch)dependsupontheend-useofthematerial.Ifusedasacontainerortransferline,specimensshouldbeimmersed.Ifthematerialwillonlyseeshortexposuresorwillbeusedincloseproximityandreagentmaysplashorspillonthematerial,thewetpatchmethodofapplyingreagentshouldbeused.1.2Theeffectofchemicalreagentsonotherpropertiesshallbedeterminedbymakingmeasurementsonstandardspecimensforsuchtestsbeforeandafterimmersionorstress,orboth,ifsotested.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninbracketsareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecifichazardsstatementsaregiveninSection7.Note1ThisstandardandISO22088Part3addressthesamesubjectmatter,butdifferintechnicalcontent(andtheresultscannotbedirectlycomparedbetweenthetwotestmethods).

【摘要】:ThispartofISO3070specifies,withreferencetoISO230-1,ISO230-2andISO230-7,geometrictests,machiningtests,spindletestsandtestsforcheckingtheaccuracyandrepeatabilityofpositioningbynumericalcontrolofgeneralpurpose,normalaccuracy,horizontalspindleboringandmillingmachineshavingamovablecolumnandmovabletable.Thispartof3070alsospecifiestheapplicabletolerancescorrespondingtothesetests.Thistypeofmachinecanbeprovidedwithspindleheadsofdifferenttypes,suchasthosewithslidingboringspindleandmillingspindle,slidingboringspindleandfacinghead,orramormillingram.ThispartofISO3070concernsmachineshavingmovementofthecolumnorcolumnsaddleonthebed(Xaxis),verticalmovementofthespindlehead(Yaxis),movementoftheboringspindleorram(Zaxis)and,possibly,afeedmovementofradialfacingslideinthefacinghead(Uaxis).Somemachinesalsohaveanintermediatesaddlewithslidewaysbetweencolumnandbedtoachieveadditionalmovementofthecolumnparalleltothespindleaxis(Waxis).NOTEInISO3070-1spindlerammovementisdesignatedastheWaxis.ThispartofISO3070dealsonlywiththeverificationoftheaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytotheoperationaltestingofthemachine(e.g.vibration,abnormalnoise,stick-slipmotionofcomponents)nortomachinecharacteristics(e.g.speeds,feeds),assuchchecksaregenerallycarriedoutbeforetestingtheaccuracy.
